JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging. With a strong reputation across the region for providing high quality packaging products and a strong customer base, they now require a Sales Manager for their Dubai operation.
Based in Dubai and reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to increase revenue and profitability by creating and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the division. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Developing relationships with new customers by identifying market opportunities.
- Developing new markets and territories across the region.
- Developing new product lines and preparing product launches.
- Managing a sales team, defining targets, budgets and KPIs.
- Achieving sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree educated, preferably within Business Management.
- At least 10 years experience within Sales and Marketing within the corrugated packaging industry.
- Strong technical understanding of corrugated box manufacturing.
- Ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Strong track record in overachieving sales targets.
