Employment: Full Time

Sales Manager up to 17k Aed for a Luxury Boutique in Dubai

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Participate in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

REQUIREMENTS

• POSITION: Sales Manager
• SALARY: up to 17,000 AED all-in depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Luxury Boutique
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 28-40 years old
• With valid UAE driver’s license

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• BS/MS Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in the same role with consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in selling high-end items such as dates/chocolates to supermarket or corporate client is preferred
• FMCG experience can be considered depending on level of experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
