REQUIREMENTS

• Position: Sales Manager
• Salary: up to 17,000 AED all-in depending on experience and qualifications
• Hiring Company: Luxury Boutique
• Work Location: Dubai
• Availability: Can join immediately will be prioritized
• Employment Type: Permanent

Candidate Profile:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 28-40 years old
• With valid UAE driver’s license

Education/Experience Required:
• BS/MS Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• At least 2-4 years of experience in the same role with consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
• HORECA/corporate sales experience is a must
• Existing contacts with hotels and big restaurants, and corporate (food companies) particularly from purchasing or procurement department
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Job Description:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Participate in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
