Job Mission:
Drive transformative B2B revenue growth and market dominance in the luxury stone sector across the MENA region. Spearhead strategic account development while leading a high-performance sales team to capture emerging opportunities in ultra-high-end residential and commercial developments.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute quarterly/annual sales plans targeting fabricators, architectural firms, and luxury developers.
Revenue Expansion:
Achieve 120%+ of annual sales targets through new client acquisition and existing account penetration.
Relationship Architecture:
Cultivate C-suite relationships with top-tier design studios, developers (e.g., Emaar, DAMAC), and fabricators.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy reviews, identifying trends in premium materials (e.g., Calacatta, Statuario, exotic stones).
Operational Excellence:
Oversee end-to-end sales cycles from specification to contract closure, coordinating with design/project teams.
Team Development:
Mentor 5+ sales executives on consultative selling techniques and product mastery.
Key Performance Metrics:
• Quarterly revenue growth
• Client acquisition rate (>8 new strategic accounts/year)
• Account retention (95%+)
• Project specification conversion rate
Requirements:
Education & Credentials:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Architecture
Experience Requirements:
• 5+ years in senior B2B sales leadership within marble/natural stone, luxury building materials, or high-end furniture
• Documented success managing portfolios exceeding $15M+ annual revenue
• Existing network with UAE/GCC-based architects, developers, and fabricators
Technical Competencies:
• Mastery of marble grading (MIA standards), geological sourcing, and fabrication workflows
• CRM proficiency (e.g Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics (Power BI/Tableau)
• Contract negotiation expertise (Incoterms, payment structures, SLAs)
Personal Attributes:
• Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders
• Strategic problem-solving in cross-cultural environments
• 30% regional travel readiness
