* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
* Leading a sales team to achieve sales targets

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Reporting on sales results and forecasting to senior management
* Providing training and support to sales team members
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:
* A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field* Proven experience in a sales management role within Luxury Residential / Luxury Sales industry
* High ticket sales experience
* High-net-worth individuals / strong Investor network
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* A solid understanding of the luxury residential / luxury sales market and industry trends
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
