Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Designing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence within the UAE and Internationally. Handle end-to-end project management and business development activities

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)
• Introduce new principals to the company to widen the scope pf product range
• Generate sales leads and expand client base
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Research new target businesses, develop prospecting lists, screen prospective opportunities, and identify qualified lead

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Master is a PLUS)
• Minimum 3 years in the same field (Oil & Gas is a MUST)
• Comprehensive experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and time management skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Understanding of how to position products against competitors
• SAP ARIBA portal knowledge is a MUST
