JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Target HNIs/UHNIs by cold calling and pitch the real estate and residency products of the company
• Actively manage sales channels and achieve and exceed targets
• Build a strong pipeline of deals & generate new leads
• Create and customise client presentations using available templates and presentation tools
• Create and manage marketing materials for residency and real estate projects on sale
• Participates in the recruitment process for 2 Sales Associate & Marketing Manager determining staffing levels for the department.
• Handle the relationship with clients and sales partners.
• Create, complete and manage required sales contracts and paperwork
• Liaise with the management in formulating a sales strategy for the company annually and quinquennially
• Attend conferences, seminars and industry meetings to promote the group to the client base as appropriate
• To put into place effective strategies throughout the year for the sales region in order to achieve the monthly and yearly quotas
• Research areas within the industry that impact sales for assigned region
• Complete and submits sales reports on a timely basis following established guidelines
• Accountable for achieving Real Estate (Germany) and Residency (Germany) sales goals of the company within the MENA region
• Set targets / goals for the team on a quarterly and annually basis
• Keep up to date knowledge of the industry and processes
• Train sales personnel and sales partners
• Travel and commute to meet existing and potential clients within the region
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree (in any discipline)
• Candidate must be based in Dubai, with a valid residency or student visa
• Relevant Experience in pitching Real Estate/Investment products to HNIs/UHNIs.
• Basic knowledge of Real Estate laws, Residency by investment products
• Ability to establish network with key people in the Real Estate industry
• Focused on results, entrepreneurial drive
• Exceptional negotiator with ability to close deals
• Be an excellent communicator with flawless spoken & written in English. Arabic is a plus.
• High level of confidence in own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with rejection
• Driving License preferable
• Willing to travel
