JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the following:
- Setting the strategy of the dedicated accounts assigned in the Middle East region
- Growing the accounts in the region and achieving the sales and profitability targets
- Managing the budget across each account as well as trade marketing activities in line with the company guidelines
- Developing and maintaining strong relations with your clients/distribution partners
- Conducting regular market visits to ensure the consistent application of the agreed strategy with the key accounts

REQUIREMENTS

- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
- 2-4 years key account management experience in the retail and/or wholesale sector in the Middle East
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and sustain successful long-term relationships
- Open to frequent travel in the Middle East as per business needs
