JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary:
Responsible for positioning and selling CBS Solutions across Gulf countries to maximize growth in the region.
Primary Objectives:
• Meet and exceed revenue targets for licenses, services and support across all product lines.
• Competency in positioning the portfolio at a “C” level.
• Build deep and active relationships with our client’s decision makers.
• Identify new markets, opportunities and leads.
• Close opportunities in a timely and managed process.
• Lead sales generation and pipeline management.
• Increase brand awareness within the region.
• Create and execute an account plan with the guidance of the Sales Director.
• Identify and on board new partners.
• Assist in the creation of a marketing strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
• Sales account management professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience selling Core and Digital Banking solution.
• Experience in selling for GCC Countries.
• Proven track record over achievement of software license sales targets in the banking and financial services sectors.
• Sound knowledge of the Banking industry.
• Ability to forecast in an accurate manner.
• Proven network of executive level contacts in the region.
• Knowledge of IT and Banking is a must.
• Strong exposure to the banking industry in GCC Countries.
• Preferably UAE Resident.
Languages:
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• French is a plus.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to establish interest, trust and credibility both internally and externally.
• Proven problem solving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills.
• Able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels within an organization, and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, independent, organized, focused, able to multi-task and work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
