JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR up to 50K AED+ for a 5-Star Hotel in Dubai
Responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to ARAB candidates
- Male/Female, 35 years old above
- Bachelor’s degree graduate or Diploma holder
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the same role
- Has strong experienced in 5-star Hotels in Sheik Zayed Hotels
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Supervises, trains, and manages the performance of sales & marketing team ensuring proper sales & marketing protocols are being followed
- Develops and monitors sales & marketing budget, works with the executive director to
- develop competitive incentives for prospects and sales team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 50,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications (plus Family Status maximum of 2 kids plus school allowance)
