JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Sales & Marketing professional required for one of the first companies to provide interior plants landscaping services in the UAE.
Specialising in plant rentals for exhibitions, corporate events, house decor, film shoots, weddings and many other events and functions in the UAE, this company provides easy solutions to any aesthetic and plantscaping requirements for their clients. In addition to plant rentals, they also provide indoor plants, pots, green walls and maintenance to palaces, government organisations, offices, universities, restaurants, banks and hotels.
The company needs a smart, conscientious professional to focus on the overall operations of the business as well as champion the customer delivery. This will require client facing skills, excellent customer service and the ability to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
REQUIREMENTS
This role will involve team management responsibilities of 6/7 direct reports, so therefore previous team lead experience would be best but not essential.
As you will be responsible for meeting clients, you will also need a valid UAE driver’s license.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree standard in Marketing or Engineering.
Please note that technical knowledge of plants and flowers is not necessary. Full product knowledge and training will be given.
