JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced female sales and marketing representative to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth. We are a 26-year-old corporate business gift firm, and we require someone with client-facing experience and extensive market expertise.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and service alignment with market demands.
• Analyse sales data and market metrics to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to stay competitive.
• Drive brand awareness and maintain a strong online and offline presence.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Source new products which are trending in the market
• Understand the client’s need & pitch the product accordingly
• Co-ordinate with the supplier to meet the client's deadline
• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to maximize their performance.
• Managing many tasks at once and staying on top of them

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 6,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Health Insurance, Visa & commission

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles; 3 years of experience are required.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer behavior
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
