JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A leading Automotive Organisation is looking to expand their team within the UAE. This is due to them growing within the market.

As Sales & Marketing Manager you're main responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Help implement the brand strategy in the market
- Manage and identify Sales opportunities and Risks for the organisation for the region. Helping to create action plans to ensure business targets are delivered
- Review financial performance to create strategic proposals for the country driving growth
- Coordinate proposal on process, tools & training

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have 8-10 years of experience within Automotive, specifically focused on developing markets through sales & marketing
- The ideal candidate will be working for a principle Automotive Organisation
- Experience of managing Middle East & Iran
- Ideally the candidate will be tri-lingual
