Sales Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that enhance sales efforts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional networks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
