Job Title: Sales Officer - Cards, Personal Loan, Auto Loan Relationship Manager
Location: Sharjah/Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Position Type: Full-time - LOCATION : DUBAI
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM
Salary Range: AED 4000 Basic and AED 4000 Commissions
Average salary AED 8000+
Start Date: February 2025
Job Summary:
The Sales Officer for Auto Loans will be responsible for driving business by connecting with potential customers, promoting auto loan products, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the auto finance sector, and a strong sales-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate contact with prospective clients, offering tailored auto loan products based on their financial needs.
- Address customer inquiries about loan eligibility, terms, and conditions effectively.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets set by the company on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate auto loan products.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Proactively manage leads provided by internal teams and external sources, converting them into successful sales.
- Maintain a thorough database of prospective and existing customers, ensuring follow-up and timely engagement.
Loan Processing & Coordination:
- Assist customers through the auto loan application process and ensure all required documentation is collected and submitted accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and approval.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience throughout the loan journey.
Sales Reporting & Market Insights:
- Regularly update sales performance reports and track progress against targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences to inform product strategies.
Product Knowledge & Training:
- Keep up-to-date with the company's auto loan offerings, industry trends, and competitor products.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and personal development to continually improve sales performance.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and underwriting teams, to align efforts and maximize sales potential.
- Participate in team activities such as morning huddles and group training sessions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (MS Office).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer objections effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Desirable 1-2 years of tele-sales or auto finance experience, particularly in the UAE market.

Salary:
USD
1,090 to 2,170
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
