JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Contract

Sales Operations Assistant - Temp Contract (4 Months)

Contract: 4 Months (maternity cover)
Salary: AED 4,000

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide order management support to customer and consumer service by responding to customer and consumer queries professionally in line with Shared Services Order entry procedures & systems requirements.
- To take personal responsibility for achieving excellent levels of customer service and customer satisfaction when dealing with customers, both internal and external.
- Resolving routine and non-routine enquiries, seeking to improve process and building a good working relationship with all team members to deliver the agreed level of Service.
- To provide a high level of Administrative Support to the Sales Team and Customers, both external and internal.
- Have a clear understanding of the MENA business objectives, and related Account promotional activities.
- Follow and adhere to Company Policies and Procedures in line with SOX requirements, ensuring outstanding levels of quality and accuracy within all transactions.

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least Min 1 year Customer Service experience and/or 2 years’ experience within an administrative position.
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Good PC skills – MS Word and Excel – and the ability to learn new packages
- At least 1 year of SAP experience
