JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Halian International is currently seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to be based out of our offices in Dubai (Opposite Dubai Internet City) on a full time basis.
The position will be reporting into the Operations Director, playing a key role in the coordination and approval for all business development activities within our three service divisions. As Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Senior Sales Team on reviewing all sales proposals, making sure company processes and procedures are being carried out correctly and logged into our CRM system.
The position offers much career progression, if the chosen candidate is able to show maturity and good business acumen that could result in a management promotion within the next 12 months. Depending on skills and experience, the salary range for this opportunity is flexible, coupled with a full benefits package.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this opportunity, Halian International is seeking a UAE resident with a good understanding and appreciation of how business is conducted in the Middle East.
In addition, we are seeking the following attributes:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a sales operations or PMO coordinator role
- An international mindset to business development with the ability to find solutions, not just problems
- Must possess high level English communication skills with strong verbal and written skills
- Experience of working with complicated documents such as terms of business and RFI's, RFP's etc
- A positive "can do" attitude
