About Our Client:
We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our esteemed client's team as a Sales & Product Trainer. With a focus on renowned automotive brands, we are dedicated to shaping a future where excellence is the standard.

Role Overview:
• Designing and delivering tailored training programs for Sales Executives, ranging from certification pathways to specialized modules for supervisors.
• Conducting centralized product training sessions to ensure our teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and insights.
• Creating engaging training materials and resources to facilitate optimal learning outcomes.
• Providing thorough evaluation and reporting on training effectiveness, driving continuous enhancement across our dealer network.
• Managing our training portal and overseeing attendance reporting for Sales Executives.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, actively participating in product launch committee meetings, and contributing to the overall success of our brands.

Qualifications Required:
• A relevant University Degree complemented by a minimum of 5 years' experience in a training or consulting capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency as a Qualified Trainer, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for nurturing talent.
• Essential automotive sales certification and a strong foundation in automotive product knowledge.
• Preferably, experience within a premium automotive dealership environment, offering valuable insights into industry intricacies.
• Familiarity with tools for assessing dealer quality, such as Customer Experience Management and Mystery Shopping, would be advantageous.

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
