JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• To identify business opportunities through identification of prospects and evaluation of their position in the industry.
• To closely work with superiors on product improvements and / or new products through providing effective recommendations in line with the market trends.
• To promote and sell the products to customers within the allocated geographic territories through regular visits, effective negotiation and maintaining good relationship.
• To internally coordinate with Finance on new clients’ on-boarding process in order to analyse and set the credit limit for clients.
• To regularly visit the clients in order to provide invoices and to collect the due payments and handover the same to Finance Dept.
• To regularly liaise with clients, respond to their queries and to ensure their maximum satisfaction level on products and services.
• To monitor the customer orders and ensure timely delivery through effective internal coordination with supply chain team members.
• To have excellent client management and build a strong referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract other large clients.
REQUIREMENTS
An ideal candidate will have the following:
• Experience in selling to any of the below customer groups
* Projects - Consultants/Developers/Civil contractors
* Direct Sales - Maintenance companies/Facilities Management/Hotels/Hospitals
* Retail - Dealers/Channel partners
• Have excellent communication skills, hardworking and result oriented.
• Have good contacts among the target customers in UAE
• Valid UAE driving license
