JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
SALES:
• Achieving the targets on monthly basis.
• Achieving growth in sales.
• Monitor sales performance to maximize sales.
• Propose promotions and monitor sales to maximize it.
• Play key role in special promotions and events.
• Carrying out planned promotions.
• Reporting the results of promotions on daily basis.
• Providing ideas for promotions and marketing activities
• Look after promotional Merchandising and display material according to principal’s standard
REQUIREMENTS
• University Qualifications: High School/College
• Nature and length of previous experience: 2-3 years’ experience in Luxury fragrance
• Specialist knowledge: Fragrance
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good selling and negotiation skills, Able to achieve monthly targets
• Age Range: 21-28
• Gender Preference: Female
• Nationality Preference: Russian or Arabic
• Language Fluency: English, Russian, Arabic
• Current Location: Dubai
