JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Greet and direct customers.
• Provide accurate information e g product features pricing and after-sales services.
• Answer customers' questions about specific products services.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked.
• Manage returns of merchandise.
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service especially during peak times.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with new products services.
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 2,700
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

As an inside sales representative, you'll need to understand the customer relationship management (CRM) system you're working with. Knowing how to properly use it will greatly improve your efficiency in the workplace. There are several CRM features you can utilize that will make your day-to-day easier, such as task reminders or bulk email sending.
