Find and develop new markets/leads and improve sales. Meet and visit customers. Qualify customers and create sales opportunities. Carry out sales presentation to customers and/or lead product demonstration. Answer questions about products, prices, payment and credit terms, availability and logistics. Address customer concerns and deal with customer objections. Provide effective quotations in a timely manner. Work with Sales Coordinator to determine pricing schedules for quotes and promotions. Carry out after sales work like gathering both product and service feedback. Follow up payments with customers and make sure credit limit of each customer is not exceeded. Assist in collecting payments or cheques from customers. Receive and understand customers complaints and assist in investigating problems/root cause Developing solutions: corrective and preventive. Submitting activity and results reports (daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses).

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 9,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
