Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidate qualifications and present the most suitable candidates to clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 50,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Bonus
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive successful client-candidate matches.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent German language is needed.
