We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive our real estate sales to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of real estate or related sales experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
• Present and negotiate property deals, guiding clients through the buying or leasing process.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize sales efforts.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field; candidates with a background in other high-value sales roles are also encouraged to apply.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Languages:
• Proficiency in English is essential. Additional languages such as Russian, Italian, German, Chinese, Hebrew, Arabic, or Farsi are highly desirable.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
