Sales Representative - Real Estate Developer

Guildhall is representing one of Dubai’s most up-and-coming real estate developers, known for delivering premium, high-end properties in some of the city's most sought-after locations. As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong client relationships.

This position is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional who excels in lead conversion, client engagement, and high-value sales negotiations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, managing the sales cycle from inquiry to closing, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential buyers to generate and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Manage the sales process, from initial inquiry to deal closure.
- Work closely with brokers to optimize sales conversions while also pursuing direct sales opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, aligning with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
