JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source Sales Representatives. Our client is a reputable mobile phone manufacturer present in multiple countries.
As a Sales Representative based in UAE, this role will be responsible for Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market and reaching targets and goals set for the area .
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Create and implement marketing plans.
• Hire and Train Sales Associates.
• Maximize profits.
• Possess strong and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintain the sales floor and inventory.
• Track Team member’s activities and Sales and reporting to management.
• Team building and motivation to team members to achieve their goals.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must possess:
• Atleast 2 years experience in sales in UAE preferably in mobile sales.
• Familiar with mobile offline channels customers, skilled to communicate with distributor and shop owner
• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder
• Holding a UAE driving license and car is a plus
