We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Sales Supervisor to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance
- Drive sales and achieve targets through effective planning, organization, and implementation of sales strategies
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a strong product knowledge, resolving customer complaints, and handling any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the management team to optimize product availability and presentation on the sales floor
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of new sales associates, as well as their ongoing development and training

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
