JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- To manage an online portal where queries are received and resolved
- To play a key role in the resolution of intermediary queries via the portal or received directly, by handling any daily operational issues requiring interaction between financial intermediaries and firm back office
- To provide timely updates/resolution to all business queries
- To assist Sales with any pre or post sales product offering technical and sales support
- Provide administrative duties in other areas of the business
- Involvement in ‘intermediary on boarding’ process
- Develop deep knowledge of a number of diverse areas including trading, investment instruments, financial planning process and new business administration

REQUIREMENTS

- Preferably some experience of working in the financial services
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Takes responsibility and is accountable for their work
- Good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn, including following a structured CPD program and taking on related financial services examinations
