JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A contract role based in Sharjah in UAE. You will be working for an Oil & Gas company who require Functional SAP Consultants on a contract basis for initially 8 months with extension possible.
There require functional super users for covering a range of modules in Finance, HR and Supply Chain.
• Responsible for ensuring organizational requirements for their Line of Business (LOB) is appropriately translated into delivered system
• Function as bridge between Business Process owners, Business Users and selected Implementation Partner
• Provide training to Business Users prior to and post go-live to ensure smooth transition to support phase
• Application specific expert consulting
• Definition of final processes, calculation and parameterization
• Primary contact person for business and technical realization of requirements regarding to their respective solution areas
• Understands and ensures that quality standards are met
• Review all functional and technical documentation provided by Implementation Partner and ensure quality of deliverables are met
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Skills:
• Between 5 to 8 years of domain expertise in respective domain areas
• Should have knowledge of all or most of SAP technical and functional architecture
• Knowledge of SAP Industrial vertical – Oil & Gas and relevant SAP Industry components in best practice library
• Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana environment and/or SAP Model Company for oil & gas
• Worked on at least one full lifecycle end to end implementation as Functional Consultant
