JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As a seasoned Program/Project Manager with exposure to SAP implementations, you will play a pivotal role in driving IT projects within both finance and procurement domains, as well as systems automation, integration, and development.

Description

* Lead and oversee IT projects in finance, procurement, systems automation, integration, and development, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, suppliers/vendors, and technical teams to align solutions with business, procurement, and project needs
* Oversee projects in systems automation, integration, and development, with a particular emphasis on cloud technologies and integration middleware
* Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution to final integration and deployment
* Ensure successful project delivery, adhering to quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines

REQUIREMENTS

* A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in program/project management, encompassing both enterprise systems and systems automation/integration
* Expertise in SAP and modules such as FICO, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or similar enterprise systems, as well as familiarity with cloud technologies, integration middleware, and software development methodologies
* Proven experience in managing relationships with suppliers/vendors, ensuring effective collaboration in both the enterprise systems and technology projects context
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for conveying technical solutions and maintaining effective collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
* Experience in enterprise environments, providing insights into ERP systems, financial workflows, and procurement processes
