Overview: As a Scaffolding Contract Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding the company's client base within the scaffolding industry. This position requires a strategic approach to identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company's scaffolding services. You will work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the scaffolding industry, including both new clients and expansion opportunities with existing clients.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential target markets for scaffolding services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide customized scaffolding solutions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tender responses to potential clients, highlighting the company's capabilities, expertise, and value proposition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to develop strategies and initiatives that support business development objectives.
• Sales Forecasting: Track and analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and market trends to forecast future sales performance and identify areas for growth.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms while mitigating risks and maximizing profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the scaffolding industry
• Strong understanding of scaffolding operations, techniques, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
