JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Process and approve requests for room reservations with special timings.
• Maintain and update scheduling software with accurate room availability and booking details.
• Coordinate room assignments for activities, meetings, and special events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding room reservations.
• Provide guidance on the company policies and procedures for space usage.
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes.
• Work with custodial and IT teams to ensure rooms are set up appropriately for scheduled events.
• Can implement improvements to the reservation and current scheduling system, especially in response to feedback or changing needs of departments.
• Ensures that rooms are reserved with attention to safety standards, accessibility, and facilities needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, facilities management, or a related field.• At least 3-4 years of progressive experience.
• Experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and any related software).
• ADA guidelines familiarity a plus. Familiar with PeopleSoft, Banner, or Datatel system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
