JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Foster a positive school culture, motivate staff, set high standards, and conduct effective meetings to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee curriculum updates, use data to support student growth, and implement strong learning practices across classrooms.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff while promoting best practices and addressing performance and conduct issues.
- Manage school administration, compliance, and inspections while building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Open to British, Irish and South African nationalities- 55 years old and below
- At least 5 years of cumulative experience as Principal in a British school
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s or Post-graduate diploma/certificate in Education.
