Project Description:

Required to manage multiple small projects for one of the top tier banks in the Middle East. This is a fast-paced environment, and the individual must know how to maintain independence & objectivity and be able to evaluate risk in a challenging environment - working to strict timelines and to budget

Responsibilities:

• Implement projects by leading and coordinating across departments and business divisions. Also, ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Prepare information for management, both periodically and upon request
• Understand the business, key risks, regulations, and technology impacting the business
• Coordinate regulatory initiatives and special projects, driving on-time delivery which may include monitoring of delivery by other functions toward project goals
• Engage the business in communications to challenge, educate and guide on Group Risk processes and systems, conduct and operational risks, including supporting the business in maintaining high standards of culture and behavior
• Work closely with colleagues across Business and IT - Finance, Credit, Risk, Corporate Banking, Business Architecture, Development and Testing, Security, Infrastructure and Training
• Ability to take charge of a project and have a clear vision the deliverables
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project
• Familiarity with working on complex projects with multiple systems and stakeholders
• Prepare weekly project progress reports, working group status updates and monthly steering committees
• Budgeting experience

Salary:
USD 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
