JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Greets customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence.
- Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel, arranging meetings.
- Secures information and files documents.
- Keeps equipment operational.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous secretarial/receptionist job experience preferred.
- Administrative Writing Skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Professionalism
- Scheduling
- Organization
- Must speak English and Arabic fluently.
- Must be Lebanese, Emirati and Saudi Nationals only
