JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Director.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Conduct basic research and compile data to assist in decision-making and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, providing reminders and updates as needed.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned to support the team’s goals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
