About the client:
The hiring company is an oil and gas company based in the UAE.

Job Role:
• Prepare minutes of the meeting
• Coordinate events
• Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
• Organize and schedule appointments with admin software
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationality
• Male, 22 to 29 years old
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in admin, coordination, and general secretarial work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Must be presentable, highly organized, confident, strong sense of planning, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular); Microsoft Projects is a plus
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
