JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Secretary cum Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well established pharmaceutical trading company
Job Description:
• Managing daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments of the management & prepare minutes of meeting
• Checking emails and draft appropriate replies
• Manage / maintain commercial Invoices / daily accounts / petty cash and other documents
• Maintaining proper office documents and related files in soft copy as well as hard copy
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 30 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in related role
• Proficient in MS Office packages is a must - Excel with Pivot & V loop a must / Word / PPT / Photoshop / email etc.
• Should have knowledge in Accounting
• Should be vaccinated (minimum 2 doses); need to submit proof / copy of certificate
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
