JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Female Secretary up to 8K AED for a Plastic Manufacturing Company in Ajman
• Help & execute business visits & coordinate with the to execute day to day activities
• Scheduling appointments with customers, vendors and associates
• Research, Compile and prepare all correspondences and communication, reports and recommendations, and presentations.
• Assist in professional write up/ Business presentation & timely submission
• Broadly understand the business plans and priority to effectively assist in analyzing and Interpretation of data
• To prepare MD for all internal and external meetings so as to maximize opportunities and output and manage MD's schedule.
• Being the face of MD's office.
REQUIREMENTS
Position: Secretary
Salary: up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Candidate Profile:
• Open to Indian and Filipino candidates
• Female, 40 years old below
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Secretary to the MD
• Oral & written communication
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook)
• Customer Service Orientation
