JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a construction equipment distributor that is based in Sharjah. We are looking to recruit a Secretary to the Head of IT. You will be responsible for all secretarial duties including filing, answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, managing diaries and arranging travel, organising and servicing meetings and managing databases.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated in a computer science or IT related discipline and have a minimum of 3 years secretarial experience
All candidates must be able to travel to Sharjah ( Close to Cricket Ground) as no transport is provided.
