Security Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE – BigFish Recruitment
Our client is an established Dubai based Facilities Management Service Provider. They specialize in providing Hard and Soft Services to both residential, commercial and some retail facilities, through a Blue collar work force mainly consisting of MEP, Cleaning and Security staff. Currently they are seeking a Security Manager to join their team. Candidates should be experienced managing manned guarding through a blue collar workforce, ideally, someone who has managed security teams operating in commercial and residential towers within the UAE.
Requirements:
• Experience managing a blue collar Security Team
• Knowledge of CCTV Security Systems – ESSENTIAL
• Experience doing security audits - ESSENTIAL
• Facilities Management in commercial and/or residential towers – Desirable
• Excellent Arabic language skills – ESSENTIAL
• Good communication skills
• Good management skills
