We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our thriving real estate construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing key client accounts, fostering relationships, and ensuring that our project goals are met with utmost excellence. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end client engagement process, from contract negotiation to project delivery and feedback.
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery on time and within budget.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue them.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and service offerings.
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports and growth strategies to senior management.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project status, address concerns, and gather feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or client relationship roles, preferably in the real estate construction sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate construction processes and market trends in the UAE.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
