JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Client Relationship
• Management of clients at the senior level
• Build strategic partnership with clients across categories and brand
• Develop best practice in client servicing and to run regular sessions with the management team to share knowledge and experience
Project Management
• In charge of setting directions of strategy with in depth expert knowledge covering all communication area
• Develop a culture of success within the agency to ensure the best of the agency want to work on the hub business unit
• Overall schedule management by each project stage and report to team manager
• Effective crisis control and management
• Management of all agencies on the specific piece of business
• Strategic input and creative judgement valued by planning and creative alike
• Construct a team structure to deliver against client objectives
Internal Communication
• Provide timely and consistent communication to related teams and the agency as a whole about project status
• Champion the work of account management internally and externally
• Develop strong relationships with all other cross functional teams
REQUIREMENTS
Planning ability (Most important)
• Planning experiential marketing campaign and activation
• Must be able to provide a proposal and operation plan with a strategic mind
• Strategic and know-how of brand experiential roadmaps
• Produce concepts/plans with tight deadlines and able to suggest a quick turnaround.
• Collaborate with other teams to conceptualize creative communications fulfilling events and activation themes/objectives
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
Project management & execution
• Project budget planning and monitoring
• Manage the on-ground work, vendors, and partners and event execution
• Must be able to thrive in a unique, high-pressure environment, and juggle many jobs and responsibilities at one time
Required attitude/skills
• Happy, positive, cheerful, fun to work with a team
• Must be motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude
• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects
• Mind-blowing presentation and idea sales skills
• Tech Savvy
• Arabic speaking is a plus (not mandatory)
Work Environment
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
• Work with Multinational teams and various cultures
Education
• Bachelor of arts or Marketing
