JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
- Checking of all Payment vouchers amounts and ensure that are correctly recorded
- Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and supporting documents
- Ensure all balances and accounting records are properly supported and documented
- Payroll preparation
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
- Bank Reconciliation review
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Reconcile and balance all accounts
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience including at least 2 years experience in big four audit firms
- Good knowledge in Accounting software's and MS office
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally etc.
- Accuracy in daily work and meet schedules and deadlines.
- Good team player.
