Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with over 10 years of experience, specifically in the construction industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial operations, P&L statements, and project-specific finances. Experience working in Dubai is essential.

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CPA or CMA certification preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in the construction industry.
* Proven experience in financial management of construction projects.
* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
* Experience with creating financial statements.

Requirements:

* Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
* Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
* Experience working in Dubai and understanding local financial regulations.
* Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
