JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This opportunity is with a company into diversified businesses based in UAE.
In this position you would be responsible to manage SOAs, P&L management, financial reports, Revenue Forecast Reports.
• Should have excellent knowledge of Accounts Receivable / Accounts payable / Accounts Reconciliation /
• Balance Sheet, Cash inflow and outflow management, Petty cash
• Payment collections, follow ups, VAT filling, Corporate Tax filling
• Costing and commercial knowledge for price breakdown with vendors/suppliers.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting processes.
• Perform general ledger journal entries and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Calculate WPS Payroll on a monthly basis
• Maintain and update accounting records and fles in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline fnancial processes and ensure eficient operations.
• Vendor and client payment management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA is a plus)• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
• Knowledge of accounting, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax,
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ideally looking for someone available immediately within UAE
