Our client, Business Consulting Company, is looking for Russian speaking Senior Accountant and Tax Advisor

We are seeking a Senior Accountant and Tax Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, UAE tax regulations, and financial reporting. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Oversee and manage the monthly and annual closing processes.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

Tax Advisory:
- Provide expert advice on UAE tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Assist clients with tax planning and strategies to optimize their tax position.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.

Client Consultation:
- Advise clients on financial and tax matters, ensuring they are informed and compliant.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and consultation.

Regulatory & Compliance:
- Stay updated with the latest changes in UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.
- Ensure the company and its clients adhere to all financial and tax regulations.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and understanding of financial data.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with a focus on tax advisory, preferably within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
