JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant / General Accountant to handle the daily accounting functions across our group of companies. The successful candidate will manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems.
• Support management by providing insights into financial processes and improving efficiencies.
• Liaise with external financial institutions for day-to-day financial matters.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in export/import or trade-related industries.
• Sharp with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
