Description

As a Corporate Finance Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making for our client's diverse portfolio of real estate projects. Responsibilities include:

* Developing complex financial models from scratch to evaluate investment opportunities, feasibility studies, and project valuations.
* Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow projections, ROI assessments, and risk management strategies.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics.
* Leading fundraising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, to support project development and expansion.
* Preparing comprehensive investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
* Providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize capital allocation and enhance overall financial performance.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

* MBA, CA, or CFA qualification with a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory, preferably within the real estate sector.
* Expertise in building sophisticated financial models from scratch, with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
