JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Arabic Copywriter with a strong agency background and at least 7 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be a master of crafting compelling narratives in Arabic, with the ability to adapt tone and style across a variety of brands, audiences, and platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive our content creation process and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative copy strategies for a diverse range of projects, including digital marketing, social media, print, and television.
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to conceptualize and produce copy that aligns with client objectives and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their needs, presenting ideas and receiving feedback to refine and improve copy.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the cultural nuances within the Arabic-speaking market to ensure all content is relevant, engaging, and respectful.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in digital marketing to continuously innovate and elevate our copywriting standards.
• Contribute to the agency's thought leadership by writing articles, blog posts.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Arabic Language and Literature, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of copywriting experience in an agency setting, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Native fluency in Arabic, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in English is also highly valued.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of written content, including both short-form and long-form copy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creative professionals.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of how to connect with audiences emotionally and intellectually.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
